The Company collects information differently from different types of website users, and as such, recognizes two distinct categories of visitors to our website:
"Personal Information" is defined as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and other non-public information associated with the aforementioned. Log-in information and passwords also constitute Personal Information, except log-in information and passwords that constitute "Financial Information" as defined below. In our effort to use Personal Information responsibly, we pay close attention to how Personal Information is collected, used, and shared.
The Company does not collect Personal Information from Unregistered Users.
The Company collects Personal Information from Subscribers through the following avenues:
"Financial Information" comprises information about an individual's financial condition, including bank accounts, credit accounts, and financial accounts. It also includes payment history and records of invoices to that individual, payments made by that individual, payment obligations and log-in information, and payments to online accounts that can initiate or receive payments.
We aim to use Financial Information responsibly and pay close attention to how we collect, use and share it.
The Company does not collect Financial Information from Unregistered Users.
The Company collects Personal Information from Subscribers through the online registration process and the online billing process, which requires Subscribers to provide a form of payment for products or services purchased from the Company. This information is utilized in creating Company invoices, Subscriber payments, and other data about Customer payment obligations.
To provide you with the best possible solutions, products, and services, we need to collect some Personal Information about you. We may use certain information, such as your usage history, past purchases, and profile, to suggest other products and services that we think might interest you through the interactive functions available on our website.
We may also share Subscribers' Personal Information with other businesses to offer Subscribers products, services, and promotions, as well as requests for services. We may also use Personal Information to provide Subscribers with electronic newsletters, promotional emails, and information and offers about our products and services.
Financial Information may be used to bill and collect fees due, process payments, manage Subscriber billing disputes, and otherwise manage the billing and collection of fees from Subscribers per the Subscription Agreement (collectively, the "Billing Process").
Except for Financial Information shared with banks, financial intermediaries, or collection agencies per the Billing Process, we do not otherwise share Subscribers' Financial Information with other parties.
We may also collect information about you from web beacons and other technical sources that might tell us information such as other websites and pages visited, web searches you have conducted, and additional information about your use of the web. We may share this information with third parties. Such third parties may store such data, but only as aggregate statistics that exclude personally identifiable information, to improve our advertising and make our solutions and services more useful to you.
To improve the solutions and services we provide, we may acquire your Personal Information from other sources, like telephone or fax numbers, and add this information to the information we have already collected about you.
We also use third parties to store and maintain Personal Information and process any payment you make. We generally prohibit these third parties from using your Personal Information other than to provide the services requested by the Company.
The Company may disclose your Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to 1. comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on the Company, or 2. to protect and defend the rights or property of the Company or our subscribers.
