OPTAMARK (the "Company") respects the privacy of its websites' visitors, users, and subscribers.

The Company does not collect Personal Information from Unregistered Users.

The Company collects Personal Information from Subscribers through the following avenues:

  1. During the online registration process: We ask Subscribers to provide their names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, and other identifying information,
  2. When accepting orders: Occurs online if Subscribers submit orders through our website or via telephone for orders placed over the phone
  3. Third parties and outside sources: the Company obtains information about a Subscriber from sources other than the Subscriber's actions and combines that acquired data with information provided by the Subscriber.

How the Company Collects Financial Information

"Financial Information" comprises information about an individual's financial condition, including bank accounts, credit accounts, and financial accounts. It also includes payment history and records of invoices to that individual, payments made by that individual, payment obligations and log-in information, and payments to online accounts that can initiate or receive payments.

We aim to use Financial Information responsibly and pay close attention to how we collect, use and share it.

The Company does not collect Financial Information from Unregistered Users.

The Company collects Personal Information from Subscribers through the online registration process and the online billing process, which requires Subscribers to provide a form of payment for products or services purchased from the Company. This information is utilized in creating Company invoices, Subscriber payments, and other data about Customer payment obligations.

User Consent

By visiting our website or using our products or services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Through entering into an agreement with the Company or otherwise agreeing to provide their contact information to the Company, pursuant to the Privacy Policy, Subscribers agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Use of Personal Information

To provide you with the best possible solutions, products, and services, we need to collect some Personal Information about you. We will use this information to tailor our features, improve our products and services, and occasionally contact you with information about our or a third-party's products and services.

We may use certain information, such as your usage history, past purchases, and profile, to suggest other products and services that we think might interest you through the interactive functions available on our website.

We may also share Subscribers' Personal Information with other businesses to offer Subscribers products, services, and promotions, as well as requests for services. Financial Information may be used to bill and collect fees due, process payments, manage Subscriber billing disputes, and otherwise manage the billing and collection of fees from Subscribers per the Subscription Agreement (collectively, the "Billing Process").

Except for Financial Information shared with banks, financial intermediaries, or collection agencies per the Billing Process, we do not otherwise share Subscribers' Financial Information with other parties.

Personal and Non-Personal Information Collected via Technology

We may collect certain passive information as you use our website, including your Internet Protocol address, browser type, and operating system. We also use cookies and Uniform Resource Locators (URL) to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit as well as the information and solutions you searched and viewed.

We may also collect information about you from web beacons and other technical sources that might tell us information such as other websites and pages visited, web searches you have conducted, and additional information about your use of the web. We may share this information with third parties. Such third parties may store such data, but only as aggregate statistics that exclude personally identifiable information, to improve our advertising and make our solutions and services more useful to you.

Personal Information We Receive from Other Sources

To improve the solutions and services we provide, we may acquire your Personal Information from other sources, like telephone or fax numbers, and add this information to the information we have already collected about you.

We do not typically sell Personal Information to third parties, except where stated in this Privacy Policy. However, we may engage third parties to assist us. In connection with such assistance, we may provide them with Personal Information that we have collected from Subscribers, which is necessary for them to assist us.

We may at any time have subsidiaries and other companies under a common control (collectively, "Affiliates"). If we share some or all of your Personal Information with these Affiliates, we will require our affiliates to operate per this Privacy Policy.

If you wish to discontinue receiving e-mail communications or newsletters from us, you may "opt-out" by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email. If you want to subscribe to any communications from us, you may contact us at support@optamark.com. Despite your indicated email preferences, we may send you an email regarding legal notice updates applicable to the account you created with us. In addition, we may occasionally contact you by telephone to offer you products or services that we believe may be valuable. Should you prefer not to receive these calls, please contact customer service or inform the representative who calls you.

Regarding Minors

We do not design our services for minors under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not intentionally collect Personal Information about visitors to our websites under the age of 18.

We may provide links to other websites or locations for your convenience. This provision, however, does not indicate our endorsement of such other websites or locations or its contents.
